While i am approving the purchase order. The screen gets automatically vanished and it navigates me to new form. Even though i am self approval rights. Is there any specific profile are there like Display Purchase order form after creating purchase order from auto create form.

Can you please put the screenshot of the form.

If you have any form personalization then disbale it and try again
