You can create text and files, such as spreadsheets, graphics, and OLE objects. You can attach these documents to a maintenance Work Order, asset, or operation.

To define miscellaneous documents:

1. Navigate to the Miscellaneous Documents window.

2. Select a Data Type from the list of values.
